Jason Martz imparted to me all the information on the lot I was interested in purchasing. He answered all my questions in a clear and concise way. He was with me at the closing, for which I was very thankful. I will recommend Mr. Martz to anyone interested in buying or selling real estate. He is a pleasure to Know.

My wife and I were originally looking in the Florida Panhandle for a vacation home/condo. We were very familiar with that area, but on the suggestion of a friend we re-focused on the Bonita Springs area. Our friend recommended Jason, who helped us narrow down the area for our search before we even flew down from Indiana. Upon arrival, Jason greeted us with a detailed schedule of the properties to see and 3 ring binders containing information on each of them. We were very impressed with his knowledge and organizational skills. We made an offer on our first choice and Jason handled all of the customary back and forth with the sellers. We closed on the day before Thanksgiving and everything went very smooth. We thank Jason and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
